Business English Communication Skills


The MBA Center’s Business English Communication Skills courses are designed to meet the needs of organizations seeking to optimize their ability to communicate professionally within an international environment. Combining flexibility with a personalized approach, MBA Instructors will provide you with the language and communications skills necessary to ensure that your messages and ideas will be conveyed effectively and that they will carry the impact you need. Business English for Effective Managerial Communication

Pre-requisite: TOEIC minimum 700 / 990 or TOEFL minimum 80 / 120

Level:  Advanced

Duration : 12 hours in 4 sessions of 3 hours each


Managing internationally is a particular challenge.  MBA Center’s Effective Managerial Communication program will provide you with a wide range of communication skills for managing in English effectively.  Each course is designed to address our students’ unique requirements: writing, negotiating, speaking, and presenting. From the MBA Center’s  Effective Writing Skills course to the Effective Presentation Skills course, our range of communication skills courses are designed to be maximally relevant to you and your organization.


Effective Business Writing

Many professionals working in large international companies may have excellent spoken communication skills but may still lack confidence when it comes to writing business documents. The MBA Center’s Effective Business Writing course will enable business people to professionalize their writing skills. In Effective Business Writing you will learn the fundamentals of business writing such as clarity, emphasis, politeness and softening in style as well as developing arguments, writing paragraphs, and being aware of the your audience.  You will also analyze and practice writing a range of documents including formal professional letters such as proposals and tenders, formal e-mails, action minutes, business reports, mission statements, agendas, and websites.
