1) Project positioning:
This is the most important admission criteria when you apply for an MBA.
You will have to expose what is the professional project you want to
undertake after your MBA studies and how the MBA will allow you to
develop this project. Our coaches will help you position your
application based on a concrete, comprehensive project.

2) Leadership skills:
Our coaches will find with you what the main components and expressions
of your leadership are. They will assist you to formulate the elements
of your application with the objective to demonstrate your leadership
skills.

3) International exposure:
For any MBA application, it is important to demonstrate that you are a
global leader, at work and at home. Our coaches will work with you on
the international components of your background, in order to improve the
presentation of your international exposure.

4) Extra Curricular activities:
MBA admissions officers like candidates who demonstrate they are not
only involved in their professional career but also in other personal,
social or cultural activities. This demonstrates a candidate's ability
to network in diverse environments, which constitute an element that
candidates tend to overlook. Our coaches will help you find out which
elements of your past could be the most appropriate and could be
introduced to the Admissions office.

Our coaches' commitment will be to qualify and identify your profile,
your academic background, your professional achievements, your post-MBA
project: what are the best elements to improve and to introduce in your
application to some of the most competitive business schools in the
world? Note that an individual application to a top business school
generally requires 10 to 15 hours of coaching (not including interview
preparation) ; another 5 hours, in average, may be required for each
additional school.

The main elements of the coaching process are:
Introduction (2 hours: meetings with the selected coach to determine
the key elements of your application positioning)

1) Essays (8 to 12 hours): Our coaches have excellent written
English skills. They are all native speakers, former MBA students or
doctoral and research assistants. We will look into positioning your
essays for the INSEAD application, formulating your project and relating
it to your background and to the program.

2) Recommendation letters (1 to 2 hours): Our coaches will help you
in targeting your recommenders.

3) Resume (1 hour or less): Our coaches will help you re-write and
edit your resume.

4) Interviews (5 to 10 hours for the first school, 2 hours for an
additional school): only available to candidates who have passed the
first phase of admissions. If you succeed in the first phase of the
application process you will be invited to interviews: you will have to
defend your application and reformulate orally what you demonstrated
with your essay. Our coaches are trained specialists of this particular
step in the process.
